Who you communicate to.

We have to know very well who we focus to, who is the interested target in our product or in the company in order to direct more precisely the brand’s message. The consumer’s or the client’s analysis means the introspection of possible target segments for the product / company, who was the target till the present time, and who are the target groups to which the attention will be focused in the future. The purpose is to identify the characteristics of the target in socio-demographic and psychographic terms, in order to define it more precisely.
