The communication strategy is a detailed plan that defines the main theme of communication, identifies the communication objectives, set the voice tone, type of messages and specific brand behavior in a mix of communication channels in such a manner that a coherent, unitary and complete message is provided, capable to produce notoriety, positive attitude or buying and loyalty conduct towards the brand. The communication strategy’s purpose is to mark to whom, where, how and by which means the message will be delivered by the brand to its public. In this respect, we consider the list of touch points and decide which are important and necessary to create a complete and complex brand experience. We set the most favorable mix of channels and methods of communication, the strategic importance of each media channel and define the way in which the brand will behave and will be communicated on each channel from the communication mix.
